Cabot is about 3 miles from Saxonburg,35 miles north of Pittsburgh, and 10 miles south of Butler, PA.

Please note: there are two Edgewood Drive's in the area. Mine is NOT on Route 356.
When you turn onto Edgewood Drive, you will be entering Bernie's Mobile Home Park. My mansion is the eighth one on the right side (gold and blue). A faded sign in front yard says “326 Edgewood Drive”, park with the red Jeep and the red Bravada, and ring the doorbell.
